COE

Designed by Christian Hoefler — former Youth National Team player, Queen’s University Head Coach, and holder of both the UEFA B Licence and Canada Soccer A Diploma — the Centre of Excellence delivers a premier training environment for players committed to reaching their highest potential.

With a proven track record of developing over 20,000 players across all levels of the game, Coach Hoefler brings unmatched expertise, passion, and results to the program. He personally designs the curriculum and oversees all aspects of player development, ensuring every session builds toward long-term success.

In addition to Coach Hoefler’s leadership, the COE is staffed by experienced and highly qualified technical coaches who share his commitment to excellence and player growth.

The program is designed to:

  • Build technical skills and tactical awareness to thrive in competitive play.
  • Instill high-performance habits on and off the field, fostering discipline, resilience, and focus.
  • Challenge players in a supportive environment that keeps the joy of the game alive while demanding the best from each participant.

Whether your goal is to dominate at the club level, earn a spot on a varsity team, or prepare for professional pathways, the Centre of Excellence provides the expert coaching, proven structure, and inspiration to get you there.

Train with the best. Play with purpose. Achieve excellence.
